新春の喜びを味わう縁起物！「正月御膳」!

あけましておめでとうございます。2025年が皆さまにとって幸多き一年となりますよう、スタッフ一同心よりお祈り申し上げます。
そんぽの家高円寺では、1月1日の昼食に正月御膳をご提供しました。
今年のはじまりを彩るにふさわしい、日本の伝統的な味を大切にしたお節料理に加え、縁起物として赤飯や鰤の照り焼きもご用意しました。
お節料理にはそれぞれ意味が込められています。
• 黒豆:心身ともに健やかに過ごせますように。
• かまぼこ:美しい日の出を象徴し、希望あふれる1年を願って。
• 栗きんとん:黄金色で豊かな1年を祝福。
• 赤飯:特別な日を祝い、幸福と健康を願う食べ物。
• 鰤の照り焼き:出世魚として知られる鰤は、成長や成功を祈る縁起物。
また、正月に欠かせないお雑煮は、ご入居者さまが安心して召し上がれるよう、お餅の形や調理法に配慮しました。「とても美味しい」「縁起物が嬉しい」と、多くの方に喜んでいただきました。
お饅頭はことぶきの文字が浮き出ていますね!
