2月10日(月)は、毎月恒例のお魚の移動販売が行われました!今回も**1938年築地市場創業の老舗「亀和商店」**さんが、新鮮な海の幸を届けてくださいました。
今月のおすすめは、節分の時期にぴったりの**「上ばらちらし寿司」**。
まぐろ・サーモン・いくら・えび・玉子焼きと、春の食材がたっぷり!食べやすい大きさに切り分けられ、見た目も鮮やかで食欲をそそる一品です。

お刺身単品などバリエーション豊かに単品から自由に追加注文もできます。
ご入居者様からは、
「色とりどりで華やか!目でも楽しめるね」
「いくらのプチプチ食感が最高!」
「ネタが新鮮で、とても贅沢な味わい」
といった感想が聞かれ、皆様美味しそうに召し上がっていました。

毎月2回程度、月曜日にそんぽの家 高円寺の駐車場

移動販売の日は、鮮魚を買われる方も多く、今日もお刺身などを手に取るご入居者様の姿が見られました。「次はどんなお魚が並ぶのか楽しみ!」と、次回の販売を心待ちにする声も。
新鮮なお魚が楽しめるこの機会、これからも大切にしていきたいですね!
