岐阜県名物鶏ちゃん焼き

いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホーム便りをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
本日の夕食は岐阜県名物「鶏ちゃん焼き」でした。
鶏ちゃん焼きとは、岐阜県奥美濃地方の郡上市、飛騨地方南部の下呂市、下呂市に隣接する中津川市の北部で食べられてきた郷土料理です。
1950年代からジンギスカンを真似て作られたのが始まりで、鶏肉、キャベツ、もやしなどを鉄板で炒める料理です。
味噌とニンニクのきいたコクのある味に、みなさまご飯が進んでいました。
