いつもラヴィーレ西宮のホームだよりをご覧頂きありがとうございます❣
本日のアクティビティは『シニアエクササイズオンライン』です♬
月2回開催しているこちらのアクティビティですが、
本日は秋の味覚を取り入れたプログラムを行って頂きました☻✧
『秋の味覚といえば何でしょう??』というクイズコーナーは、
皆さまシルエットやジェスチャーを見ながら積極的に参加されておりました♬
画面に映る美味しそうな旬の食べ物を見て、
「あれ大好物やねん♡さっき昼ごはん食べたのにお腹空いてきた～」
と笑顔で仰られていました♩*⊹
体操も歌もクイズも大盛り上がりな1日となりました!✭⁺.
皆さまの楽しそうな姿を拝見すると、
私たちスタッフも自然と笑顔になりますね☻♡
