「350」という数字は？

管理栄養士の久保です。
「350」という数字をご覧になって、何か思い当たる言葉などはありますでしょうか?
「野菜類を1日350g以上食べましょう(厚生労働省より)」と掲げられていますが、
野菜を多くとるのは難しい時もあるかと思います。
「令和元年国民健康・栄養調査報告(厚生労働省)」では
80歳以上の野菜類摂取量の平均値は300gに届かなかったそうです。
ラヴィーレでは献立作成時に野菜類の目標量を350gとし、
各栄養素ごとも細かく目標量を設定しています。
そこで、野菜類を十分に召し上がって頂くために
主菜から、汁物、デザートに至るまで、様々な野菜のバリエーションをご用意しています。
試食付き見学会では、
その日に提供している献立を実際に召し上がって頂くこともできますので、
足を運んで頂いた際は、是非お召し上がり下さい。
