いつもホームだよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
今月のレクリエーションのカレンダーが完成しました!
とここで日程を紹介する前に7月のお花をご紹介します。
7月ごろにピンク色の花を咲かせる、ハスです。蓮根のほうがしっくりくるかもしれません。
きんぴらにしたり、梅和えにしたり、様々な食べ方がありますよね!
かなり話が脱線してしまいましたが、7月の予定は前のホームだよりでご紹介した美容レク、ファミーリエムジーク、リハビリ体操など
定番のものは今月も健在です。
7/9のミュージックセラピーオーケストラと7/30の脳トレは久々となります。
暑くて頭がぼーっとする時期ですが、音楽と脳を動かして活性化していきたいですね!
今月も高円寺はご利用者様とともに盛り上がっていきますので、ご見学などお待ちしております!
