来月の美容レクのお知らせ

来月も恒例となった美容レクが7/2と7/16の2回開催されます!
7/2は手のマッサージということでハンドトリートメント、
コリをほぐすことで、お肌や心もスベスベになります!
7/16はクイックヘッドリフレです。
その名の通り頭皮のマッサージですが、寒暖差も最近あるのでより凝りやすいので
効果てきめんです。マッサージを受けて心も身体もリラックスしましょう。
また、先日の美容レクの様子を撮影しましたので完成次第YouTubeにUPします!
