今日のお昼 節分寿司盛合せ

こんにちは。
いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
本日のお昼ご飯は「節分寿司盛合せ」でした。
献立は、いなり寿司、梅ロール、いわし煮付け、いんげん豆、プチシューとなっております。
いなり寿司が好きな私は、お昼ご飯を楽しみに出勤してきました!
梅ロールは、梅風味の酢飯に、蒸し鶏、いんげん、菜っ葉を巻いた海苔巻きでさっぱり美味しかったです。
もちろん、いなり寿司も美味しかったです!!
そして、節分と言えば、豆ですよね。
大豆ではありませんでしたが、いんげん豆が登場しました。
2月3日は、旧暦の大晦日で、寒いこの時期に無病息災を願って栄養価の高いいわしを食べることが定着したそうです。
栄養や水分をしっかりを摂って、寒い冬を乗り切りましょう!!
