いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただき、ありがとうございます。
今日は、二十四節気の1つ立春でした。
みなさんは、立春と言えば何をイメージするでしょうか。
一般的なものとしては、春の季節の始まりとなる日だと思います。
他には、農作業を始める目安としても生活と密接にかかわっています。
立春は他にも食べる物も決まっていたりします。
立春朝搾り
立春生菓子
立春大吉豆腐
の3つです。
立春朝絞りはお酒のことで、日本名門酒会が全国の協力蔵元に呼び掛け
地元の加盟酒販店と協力して行う地域ネットワーク共感活動だそうです。
蔵元では立春当日に合わせて最高の状態で酒搾りができるよう
「大吟醸より神経を使う」杜氏泣かせの仕込みが行われるとの事です。
立春大吉豆腐は、立春に豆腐を食べれば「全ての邪気を祓い、新しい1年を健康で幸せに暮らせる」
と考えられています。そのまま味わいいただくもよし、温かな湯豆腐やお鍋にいれてもよいですね。
立春生菓子とは、桜餅、椿餅、鶯餅など、春の到来を感じさせる菓子が代表的なようです。
椿餅は、源氏物語にも登場する俵型の餅を椿の葉で上下に挟むようにした可愛らしいお餅です。
本来は道明寺粉でつくられるようですが、身近に手にはいるもち米などを使ったレシピも
ネットに掲載されています。お子様と手作りも楽しいかもしれませんね。
こういったものを食べて、縁担ぎをしてみるのもいいかもしれませんね。
