2月の献立を紹介します！

こんにちは。
いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただき、ありがとうございます。
今回は月初めということで、献立を紹介していきます!
今月の季節御膳は3日(金)「節分寿司盛合せ」です。
メニューは梅ロール、いなり寿司、いわしの煮付けなどがあります。
私はいなり寿司が好きなので、楽しみです!
そして、今月のご当地メニューは、13日(月)島根県「出雲風そば」です。
島根の特産物の「あご天」も提供されます。
蕎麦は人気メニューの1つで、皆さん楽しみにしておられます。
お身体の状態に合わせて、
ソフト食やムース食、ピューレ食、塩分制限食もございます。
4日前までにご連絡いただければ、
見学時にお食事をお召し上がりいただくこともできますので、
気軽にお申し出ください。
アレルギーや苦手なメニューは、他のメニューに変更する事が出来ます。
毎日の献立は、SOMPOケアのホームページよりトピックス内に掲載されています。
栄養をしっかり摂って寒い冬を乗り越えましょう!
