新年あけましておめでとうございす。
本年もどうぞよろしくお願いします。
2023年1月の献立をご紹介します。
1月1日、元旦のお昼は、正月御膳ということでおせち料理になります。
伊達巻、かまぼこ、栗きんとん、黒豆など縁起のいい料理が並びます。
1月も新メニューを用意しており、25日は埼玉県秩父名物のわらじカツ丼等も
ございます。私の父が秩父出身で、秩父に遊びに行くときはよく食べていました。
他にも1月は美味しそうなメニューが盛りだくさんです。
