いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
今日は久々に、気持ちのいい快晴でしたね。
天気が良かったので、買い物などで外に外出された方も沢山いたのではないでしょうか。
外出先でついでにお昼も済まされた方もいらっしゃると思います。
皆様がどんなお昼を食べたか気になるところですが、今日の高円寺のお昼はネギトロ丼でした。
暑くても食べやすく、さっぱりとしている為ご利用者様もしっかり召し上がっていました。
暑い中でも、自分がしっかり食べれるような食べ物を見つけることは大切です。
しかし、そればかりではなくバランスよく、沢山のものを食べれるようにしましょう。
まだ残暑も続く中、しっかり食事を摂って残暑を乗り切りましょう。
