9月の献立をご紹介

いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
残暑の厳しい中いかがお過ごしでしょうか。
今日は9月の献立についてお知らせしますね。
今月の季節御膳は、19日(月)の「敬老の日御膳」
ご当地メニューは、2日(金)の沖縄県「はかりめ丼」です。
19日の「敬老の日御膳」では、天ぷら盛り合わせ・みかんなます・赤飯
寿の上用饅頭と日ごろの感謝と長寿のお祝いの気持ちを特別な御膳に詰めました。
2日の「はかりめ丼」は、千葉県富津市のご当地メニューで
はかりめとは、穴子の別称で市場や河岸で使用していた「棒はかり」に穴子の形状が似ている
穴子の側線がはかりの目の様に点々があることから、そう呼ばれていたそうです。
このほかにも、新メニューやよりおいしくなった改良メニューなど
たくさんのお食事あります。
4日前までにご連絡いただければ、
見学時にお食事をお召し上がりいただくこともできますので、
気軽にお申し出ください。
アレルギーや苦手なメニューは、他のメニューに変更にすることが出来ます。
毎月の献立は、SOMPOケアのホームページよりトピックス内に掲載されています。
