リハビリ体操！

いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
先日今月最初のリハビリ体操を行いました!
今回は脚の体操をメインに行い、座りながらでもできる脚の曲げ伸ばし、足踏みなどを行いました。
やっていると思ったよりも疲れるようで終わった後はかなり運動した気分になるそうです。
また、普段は体操の後に風船バレーなどのゲーム形式のものを取り入れるのですが、体操の後だと疲れるため、先に行いました。
感想を聞くと、先にやったほうがゲームも全力で取り組むことができ、身体が温まった状態でその後の体操にも取り組めるので
良いそうです!
このように直接的なご意見が聴けることはとても貴重だなと改めて感じました。
これからもよりよいものになっていけるように頑張っていきましょう!
