カンファレンス開催しました

いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
先日2週間に1回のカンファレンスが開催されました。
今回は起こってしまった事故の対策を検討することなどはもちろん、部長に来て頂き、
取り組んでいる「未来の介護」の非定時での対応を学びました。
ご利用者様やご家族様への説明や、実際に起こった際の応対の仕方など事前に取り決めをしておくことが
とても大切だなと感じ、徹底していくことの大変さもあるのかなと思いました。
新しい取り組みなどが始まるにあたり、ご利用者様を混乱させないよう、頑張っていこうと気が引き締まりました。
この先も職員一同協力してやっていきます!
