インターンシップイベントに行ってきました！

こんにちは。
いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
先日、大学主催のインターンシップイベントに新卒入社スタッフとして参加してきました!
私は座談会で大学3年生の皆さんの質問に答えました。
「何歳くらいの方が入居されているんですか?」や「就職活動は、どんなことを軸に進めていましたか?」など
就活のことから現場の仕事のことまで楽しくお話しました。
皆さんの役に立つことができていたら、嬉しいです。
話しは変わりますが、2つの嬉しい再会がありました!
1つ目は、大学と新卒の同期との再会
2つ目は、入社したとき担当して下さっていた社員さんとの再会です。
久しぶりに会って仕事のことなどをお話して、また明日からも頑張ろう!という気持ちになりました!
そんぽの家高円寺には、新卒で入社した社員が多くいます。
