桃の節句御膳

こんにちは。
いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
本日は、ひな祭りということで桃の節句御膳が昼食でした!
献立は握り寿司、豚肉とゆりねの玉子とじ、ひなあられをイメージした三色豆、ハマグリのお吸い物、桜ふぁふぁです。
握り寿司は、マグロ、サーモン、のどぐろ、えび、玉子です!
こちらは改良メニューで、香ばしく炙ったのどぐろと玉子が追加されています。
私は初めてのどぐろを食べました。美味しかったです!
ハマグリのお吸い物は、対の貝殻だけがピッタリと合うことから、
夫婦仲良く1人の人と添い遂げるという縁起物です。素敵ですね。
そしてデザートの桜ふぁふぁ!
こちらは新メニューとなっております。
食感は、グミとゼリーの間のような感じでしょうか?
ふわふわしたメレンゲ寒天の中に寒天ゼリーを入れた甘いお菓子です。
最後に前回のフラワーアレンジメントの桃の花をどうぞ。
ひな祭りの歌の詞にもでてきますよね。
