3月の献立をご紹介します！

こんにちは。
いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
本日は3月の献立を紹介したいと思います。
今月の季節御膳は3日(金)の「桃の節句」
ご当地メニューは14日(火)の群馬県「山菜釜めし風」です。
「桃の節句」では
改良メニュー5貫の「握り寿司」や新デザートメニュー「桜ふぁふぁ」が登場します!
「山菜釜めし風」は、炊き込みご飯に旬の山菜がのったやさしい味のメニュー。
私は田舎で採れた山菜の煮物を食べた時から山菜好きで、実は楽しみなメニューです!
お身体の状態に合わせて、
ソフト食やムース食、ピューレ食、塩分制限食もございます。
4日前までにご連絡いただければ、
見学時にお食事をお召し上がりいただくこともできますので、
気軽にお申し出ください。
アレルギーや苦手なメニューは、他のメニューに変更する事が出来ます。
毎日の献立は、SOMPOケアのホームページよりトピックス内に掲載されています。
暖かくなってきましたが、体調に注意して過ごしましょう!
