こんにちは。
いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
そんぽの家高円寺スタッフの関本です。
本日は14時から一階食堂にてファミーリエムジークを行いました!
始めに『早春賦』、『春よ来い』を歌いました。
もうすぐ春ですね。この曲を歌うとそう実感しますね(笑)
季節に合う馴染みのある歌で体も心もポカポカな気分になりました♪
二曲歌い終えた後は体を動かしながら『うさぎとかめ』と『浦島太郎』を歌いました。
手脚の運動や、首の体操、肩の体操、深呼吸をしながら歌いました。
皆様歌に合わせて一生懸命体を動かしながら歌っておりました。
体操の次は楽器を使って歌いました。
昨日はバレンタインデー。『銀座の恋の物語』、『二人は若い』を歌いました。
鈴やタンバリン、太鼓、鳴子を使いながら皆様リズムに合わせて楽器を鳴らして歌っておりました。
会の終わりには『ここに幸あり』を歌いました。
穏やかな曲で最後に相応しい曲でした!
本日はたくさんの曲を歌いました。
たくさん歌って体も動かしたので楽しかったと皆さんからコメントを頂きました!
