こんにちは。
そんぽの家高円寺のホームだよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
昨日開催された美容レク フットトリートメントのご様子をお届けします!
挨拶や自己紹介をして、
まずは足のマッサージをしていきます。
意外と、かかとが気持ちいいね!とお話しされていました。
次にオイルを塗りながら、ふくらはぎをマッサージ。
上下にリンパを流して浮腫みを取っていきます。
終了です!お疲れ様でした!
