リハビリ体操1～梅雨のだるさを吹き飛ばしましょう！

いつもホームだよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます!
リハビリ体操のご様子を写真におさめました!
今回はいつも以上に皆様主体的に身体を動かしておられる姿が印象的でした。
新入居のご利用者様も参加され脚の曲げ伸ばしや股関節の運動など車椅子の方でもできる運動を行なっています。
体操が白熱したことで時間が足りなくなり、最後の風船バレーは
5分ほど?でしたがこちらも職員も参加し盛り上がり、150回越えのラリーもありました!
写真からも分かるように風船がかなり上に上がっています!
ということで参加して頂いた皆様お疲れ様でした!
