リハビリ体操！

こんにちは!
いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
そんぽの家高円寺スタッフの関本です。
本日は14時30分から食堂にてリハビリ体操を行いました!
棒を使って体を前後左右に逸らせたり
棒で足を抑えながら足首の体操も行いました!
飲み込みの動作に必要な体操や発声練習も行いました。
102歳のご利用者様も一生懸命体を動かしておりました。
「歩けなくなったらダメだからね。いつまでも元気に過ごして行きたい」
そう仰っており今回のリハビリ体操にも積極的に参加してくださいました。
笑顔が多く見られたリハビリ体操でした!
次回の開催も楽しみにしております!
