チームカンファレンスで意見交換

いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
そんぽの家高円寺では、介護職員において2チーム制を敷いております。
チームで担当するご入居者様に対して、より適切な援助のあり方を検討すべく定期カンファレンスの場で話し合っています。
主だった議題は
①事故案件についての要因分析と対策立案
②非定時援助の集計分析と対策立案
③定時援助の追加・変更・削除の妥当性検討
などですが…
ご入居者様より聴取したお困りごとやご相談内容、チーム職員による些細な気づきや指摘事項も当カンファレンスにおける題材となります。
「他に話し合いたいことはありませんか。」とチームリーダーが他職員へ投げかけます。
「僕からいいですか。●●様の排泄介助についてですが…」と若手メンバーから一案も。
日々ご入居者様を観察している職員同士が、対面して意見交換する時間はそれ程多くないため、このようなチームカンファレンスが、介護サービスの品質向上という視点から、重要な役割を担っていくものと考えております。
