リハビリ体操！

そんぽの家高円寺スタッフの関本です。
今週もまた登場しました(笑)
本日はリハビリ体操を行いました!
本日もたくさんのご利用者様が参加してくださいました!
本日は筒を使った体操を行いました。
腕を前に伸ばしたり、前屈の姿勢になったり腕を回したりと皆さん一生懸命体を動かしておりました。
皆さん
「体をいっぱい動かしたから夜はいっぱい食べれるかも!」
と喜んでおられました!
本日のリハビリ体操も大盛況でした!
