夕焼け散歩のご案内

いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
4月も中旬に入り暖かい気候へ移行しつつ、過ごしやすい季節が訪れてまいりました。
本日、私は高円寺駅近隣にある地域包括支援センターの「ケア24高円寺」までご挨拶に伺いました。その際に、イベントの開催案内がございましたため、皆様にも共有させて頂きたく、お知らせいたします。
看護師さん、理学療法士さんが同行の下、
高円寺駅近隣を皆様でお散歩する企画となっております。
長時間の歩行に伴う痛みをお持ちの方であっても、
歩き方のご指導や痛みがあった際の対処方法など
アドバイスいただける有用な機会であると思います。
