スベラカーゼの試食会！

本日は、スベラカーゼというゼリー食の素(酵素入り)を入れたミキサー粥の試食会を行いました!

なぜ今回こちらの試食をすることになったかと言いますと、
今までのミキサー粥は、お粥をハンディミキサーで液体状にしたものにとろみ剤を入れて調整をしていました。
とろみ剤は万能ですが、時間が経つと固まりやすく飲み込みがしにくくなる傾向があります。
ですがスベラカーゼは、フルーチェのようなプルプル食感で時間が経っても形態は変わりません!
酵素が含まれており、お粥だけでなくすべての食材に混ぜる事が可能なので、様々な料理を楽しむことができるんです♪
誤嚥のリスクが高い入居者様のためにこちらを活用できないか、SOMPOケアフーヅのスタッフと話し合い今回の試食に至りました。
そんぽの家高円寺では毎日の食事を安全に、かつ美味しく召し上がって頂けるよう日々試行錯誤しております!
試食した結果、満場一致でスベラカーゼを活用することに決定しました!12月から始めます♪
