秋の松花堂弁当

いつもそんぽのそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただき、ありがとうございます。
本日の昼食は秋の松花堂弁当という事で、ご紹介します。
ご飯には秋の味覚の1つ「栗」、煮物には旬の「レンコン」「椎茸」
彩りに、もみじの形をした生麩も添えました。
お弁当箱には、赤やオレンジが映える御影石のような質感の黒を選びました。
旬のものは栄養価が高く、食べることで免疫力を高めたり、抵抗力をつけたりなど
美味しいだけでなく、食べるといいことづくめです。
また、このように盛り付けや食器なども選ぶことで、五感で秋を体感することができ
充実した秋を感じられると思います。
