家族介護教室②

第2部は食品会社のmejiさんから社員さんがお越しになり
講師として講義をされました
第2部の内容は平均寿命と健康寿命の違いや健康寿命を延ばすにはどうすればいいか
低栄養のリスクや、リスクの回避にはどのような方法があるのかなど大変興味深い内容でした
栄養のバランスが取れた食事の必要性や30代と70代では
タンパク質の摂取必要量に違いがある等の目から鱗の内容ばかりでした
最後には当施設のホーム長にも挨拶して頂き拍手喝采で終了しました
当施設では退院後にすぐに家では対応できない、介護が難しい等でお困りの方に2～3か月
のミドルステイにも対応しておりますので是非お困りの際はお声がけ下さい
