歩行器で移動しましょう！

そんぽの家板橋三園では
ご入居者様たちが
食堂までエレベーターを使い移動されてます
今回のご入居者様は歩行器を使って
移動されていらっしゃいます
しっかりと背筋を伸ばし
馬蹄型の歩行器を使用されています
※歩行器にはたくさん種類があります
『背筋が伸びるからこの歩行器がいいわ』
玄関に置いていつでも使っていただけるように
お声がけをしました
『たくさん歩いて体力付けなくちゃね』と
はにかみ笑顔でお話しくださいました♪
