開催カンファレンス

今年最初のカンファレンス
今回も職員さんが大集合で
今後の援助の方向性など
全員で共有していきたいと思います!
今回初参加の職員さんも
真剣に会議に参加されていました
ディスカッションを交えながら
ご入居者様により良い援助になるように
話し合っていきます
副ホーム長の久保さんからも
連絡事項を職員に共有して
全員で来月も援助に取り組んでいきます♪
カンファレンスは毎月2回開催されてます
