カンファレンス研修

秋を通り越してもはや冬の気配が漂う三園
本日は月に2回のカンファレンス研修の為
職員さんが大集合しました
今回は
施設のリーダー達、ケアコンダクターが
SOMPOケアの新システムを活用しながら
全員で御入居者様のアセスメントを行います!
介護の知識の共有をして
日々の援助の精度を高めていきます
ホーム長の飯塚さんも
しっかりと研修を受ける職員さんを
生暖かい目で見つめていらっしゃいました
