暑いですがお散歩

最近、ご入居されたばかりの方です。
ハイキングがご趣味と、外へ散歩に
行きたいとのご要望。
少し夕方になってから、出かけてみました。
お部屋の窓から河川敷がみえたので
いってみたくてとの事。
「川をたどっていくことをさわ登りというのよ」と
教えてくださいました。
暑さもなんのその、しっかりとした
足取りで軽快にあるかれていました。
施設にもどってからは水分補給していただき、
「もっともっと歩けるわよ」と
にっこり(^^♪
