新年度の初カンファレンスを開催!
4月から新しい職員も増え初めての
カンファレンスを開催しました。
ご入居者様のご要望や、共有しておくべき項目など
メモを取りながら意見交換しています。
毎月目標を立て、よりよい援助へ繋がるように
テーマを決めています。
4月の施設の目標が「正しく記録をしよう」です。
本日の講師は ケアコンダクター 廣田さん。
記録の重要性と、記録の方法について
あらためて資料をもとに説明を聞いています。
日常の記録の大切さを学びました。
今後もいろんな取り組みを計画しており職員の
スキルアップを目指し努力して参ります。
