本日は”もしも”の時に備えて
階段を使った避難訓練!
施設の1階が浸水することを想定して
担架を使って上の階へ避難!!!
スタッフを担架に乗せて・・・
行きますよ～!せーの!
スタッフ4人呼吸を合わせて!

はい、下ろします!
「意外と楽でしたね。」
「頭側は重かったな～特に右手!」
「タイミングは大事ですね!」
「怖かった・・・
急に持ち上げられたらビックリするかも」
スタッフ同士で意見交換をしながら
その後も訓練に励みました!
