熊本県で親しまれている食材を
ふんだんに使用した味わい紀行”熊本県”です!
メインは阿蘇地域を中心に放牧で育てられ
旨味と柔らかさを兼ね備えた”あか牛”を使用した
”あか牛ハンバーグ”!
熊本県はトマトの収穫量、日本一!
有明海で良く採れる海藻”あかもく”を
ドレッシングに使用した
”トマトサラダ あかもくドレッシング”♪
鶏肉、野菜などと共に団子を加え煮込んだ
醤油仕立ての熊本県の郷土料理!”だご汁”♪
そして・・・
熊本のご当地キャラクターくまモン!
くまモンとコラボしたデザート
”くまモンマンゴープリン”♪ カワイイ♡
「かわいくって食べられないわ～」と入居者様!
