体力測定会
2023年7月18日
7月10日に体力測定会を行いました。
5メートル歩行でタイムを計ります。
左右の握力測定です。
みんな力いっぱい握ります。
片足立ちのタイム計測。
身体の柔軟性も測定しました。
これらの結果を継続的に測定し、体力の低下の把握やリハビリにつなげていきます。
