先日、各施設のケアスタッフのリーダーである
”ケアコンダクター”の研修が行われました!
各施設のケアコンダクターと共に
グループワークを通して知識やスキル、
実行力を高めていく大切な研修!
与えられた課題に真剣に取り組み、
意見交換も弾むケアコンダクターの3人でした♪
