リハビリ体操がありました！

そんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
本日のレクリエーションはリハビリ体操でした。
最初に暦の確認をして、今回の話題は「夏の食べ物」に関することを挙げていきました。
すいか、かき氷、冷やし中華などなど、たくさんの言葉が挙がり、ビールに枝豆という声もありました!
そのあとは職場体験の中学生の皆さんと一緒に身体を動かしてしっかり体操!
最後はいつもの風船バレーを!今回は緑チームも赤チームも100回の引き分け!
皆さん優しくレシーブするのでたくさん繋がりましたね
暑い夏も身体を動かして元気に乗り切りましょう!
