本日は、今月のご当地メニューである「かつおフライ」です!
かつおといえば、県魚でもあり一本釣りで有名な高知県を、思い浮かべる方が多いのではないでしょうか。
そんなかつおですが、独特な風味があり苦手な方もいらっしゃるかと思います。しかし…
フライにすることで、かつお独特の風味が軽減でき…
お召し上がりいただいた一部ご利用者様より、その風味はほとんど消えていたとのお声が上がりました。
また、「衣はサクサク、中はふわふわで食べ応えがあってとても美味しいわ。」と貴重なご意見も頂いております。
概ね皆様から満足いただいているご様子がお見受けでき、良かったです!
