カンファレンス実施しました！

いつもホームだよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます!
今月最初のカンファレンスを開催しました!
今回も集まることができた職員と先月のことを共有しつつ、これからの対策を考えました。
毎回感じることなのですが、課題を共通認識することはこういう機会でないと
難しいのでとても貴重です。
参加できなかった方に共有することはもちろん、伝え方も大事ですよね。。
そんなこんなで年度末に向けてももう一度カンファレンスがあるので、私個人の課題とも向き合いながら、
望みたいと思います!
