カンファレンス開催しました

いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
先日今月1回目のカンファレンスを開催しました。
時間の許す限り多くのスタッフが参加されました。
最近は事故の対策やライン業務の検討から、変更案などケアコンさんに頼らずスタッフが
主体的に
考えるようになりました!
未来の介護が始まり、運営の方法が変わっていく中で職員一丸で行って行くことの大切さを実感しています。
ご利用者様にも時間の変更などがある中対応して頂いているので感謝しています。
来年度に向けての話し合いも進んでいく中で皆様が働きやすく、
安全に快適に過ごしていただく事を目指してこれからも頑張っていきましょう!
