リハビリ体操の日！
2023年12月27日
本日は隔週、水曜日に行なう「リハビリ体操」の日でした!
今日は体幹の機能維持を目的とし、上半身を中心に体操が行われました!
理学療法士の林先生に従って体操を行います。
しっかりと体操を行なうと結構な運動量になります。
最後は恒例の風船バレーを皆様で楽しまれていました!
皆様も、水曜日の体操の雰囲気を是非、見学にいらしてください!
