いつもホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
1月の美容レクのご案内です!
来月も2回の開催で1/21(日)と1/31(水)になります。
21日は潤いフェイシャルトリートメントです!
普段スキンケアすることが難しい方もいらっしゃいますが、そういう方はもちろん、
されている方も保湿だけでなく、マッサージでリンパを流し、より潤った肌になれるとのこと。是非ご参加ください!
31日は爪磨きと保湿ケアです。12月にはネイルを実施しました。
男性はなかなかやりづらいですが今回は男性の方も気軽にご参加いただけます。
10名のご参加なので早い者勝ちですね!
今年も1年ありがとうございました!
