先日事業所内の研修として、接遇、認知症に関する研修を行いました♬
当ホームでも1つの目標として掲げている『接遇』
また、『認知症ケア』について
今一度基本から研修を行いました♬
当ホームでは定期的に研修を行いケアの質、ホームの質の向上に向けて
職員全員を対象に取り組んでおります♬
