いつもそんぽの家高円寺のホームたよりをご覧いただきありがとうございます。
当ホームではご入居者様により良い生活を送って頂けるよう、
日々環境整備やレクリエーションの充実などを検討実施していきました。
そして、過ごしやすいホームを目指す中で我々スタッフのスキルUPも同時に行っています。
こちらSOMPOケア内で行われているビデオ研修で
多岐にわたる項目から自分で学びたい物を選んで学習します。
こういった研修によって新しい知識を獲得しそれを実践し
それがご入居者様のストレスを軽減し穏やかに過ごして頂けるように活用します。
心安らげる環境を整え、住みよいホームを日々目指していますので
